We visited this location twice in a few days for myself and my son. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The PA Emily Spires was fantastic at listening to my concerns and truly interested in helping us find a solution to get well. This was the second doctor we had taken our son to because the first one could not find out why he was sick for so long. Emily was thorough and quickly diagnosed the cause of both of our infections. We did not have to wait long and would gladly go back to this location in the future.

I made the appointment for 8:45 with severe throat pain when swallowing. I showed up at 8:45, the door was locked and no one was inside. I knocked, called twice, waited...nothing. The business hours posted on the door say they open at 8:00. Very disappointing given i felt terrible and was looking forward to a new urgent care facility right around the corner. Luckily, I found one 7 minutes away...they accepted me as a walk-in, and i walked out with an Rx 30 minutes later. Unfortunately, I cannot trust this new place again. No one has even called me!!! Only sent me a text asking me to review my appointment that never happened. Terrible service.

First appointment here went fine once they found the appointment I made. For some reason they don’t see Zocdoc appointments very well, they have to search for them. The second visit I booked for labs and a follow up for my first issue I was seen for. Receptionist told me they don’t do labs even though I booked the appointment for labs on Zocdoc & that I didn’t have an appointment anyway even though I did. Frustrating.
