“The NP was so nice and professional but when I tell you that the front office clerk/receptionist can determine if you stay or leave an appointment. The receptionist was really sort of rude and unprofessional but in a quiet way but I caught it. Once I got in the back the Health tech and the NP were amazing and very nice.”

I got great care and I will definitely use them again if I have urgent issues on weekends when my primary care is not available.

Providers are efficient, they’re good listeners, and they always make it a point to treat all of my symptoms. The front desk staff is professional, and will let you know if there’s a wait. Location is easy to get to on highway 6 and parking is convenient.

I did not like the experience in the following areas:
- I had to re-write the forms I completed online
- I had to wait for an hour for someone to see me
- The writing prescriptions they gave me were not signed by a supervising doctor and were rejected by the pharmacy. I had to go back to the pharmacy, pick up the prescriptions, and re-visit the doctor to find out that the supervising doctor was not at the office.
