This was one of the few doctors that had appointments available. I did have to travel further to this doctor's office. The doctor and the nurse were both professional and knowledgeable. And were helpful and understood my concerns. I was able to get medicine and help to cure my cold.

I was asked to describe any concerns I said my back hurts and she made a face and said “Come on, you’re 23” I told her I smoke marijuana and she asked “Do you know the effects of it? You can get this condition that makes you throw up profusely. It makes you not want to eat anymore.” I don’t think the disapproving demeanor was appropriate at all, and it felt like she was against marijuana and told me that just to scare me into stopping. I did depression/anxiety screening, she asked if I thought about therapy, I said definitely, she informed me to “Maybe don’t go that route because they will not help you, they will only tell you how to help yourself” Which again, felt disapproving. She then asked me “Have you always been chubby?” Which I felt the verbiage was inappropriate. “Have you always had the same physique or have you noticed any big changes?” is a lot better. What if I was a recovering ED patient finally feeling better about myself, and then she said that? Overall I felt she was very unprofessional, she was late, she gave me disapproving looks/body language and I was very disappointed with my visit there, I will absolutely not be returning.
She was great, just had to wait a long time to be seen, so I would make sure you are not on a tight schedule when visiting. I was late to work. Made my appointment for 8:30AM, but wasn’t seen until 9:30AM.

My visit took over 2 hours, with the majority spent waiting to be seen. I did not feel listed to and there are several errors and inconsistencies on my MyChart and in the visit notes. During the follow-up call after the visit, the assistant was extremely rude. They sent me to an office for bloodwork that was such a bad experience, I ended up leaving without getting the test. Upon informing the office of this unsettling experience, I was not apologized to or shown empathy in any way. Given this location was by their recommendation, I found this highly frustrating. Also, one of the tests ordered by the doctor was incorrect. There was also a test that the order form stated I had consented to, which had not even been discussed between myself and the doctor, and was not mentioned during our visit. I am uncertain if I wish to continue care with this physician, nor her office.
