I believe that mental health care is not one-size-fits-all. I personalize each treatment plan to optimize outcomes, integrating evidence-based treatment and patient-centered strategies. I'm a compassionate listener dedicated to helping my patients thrive emotionally and achieve the high quality of life they deserve. As a Board-Certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner, licensed to prescribe psychiatric medication across the lifespan, I work closely with my patients, their therapists, and primary care physicians to develop individualized treatment plans that suit their specific needs.
I have over 11 years of healthcare experience and bring a unique blend of personal, professional, and educational expertise to my practice. My journey started as a high school teacher, and after moving to the US, I pursued my passion for nursing. I earned my Master's in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing and a Post-Master's Certificate in Psychiatric and Mental Health Nursing from Walden University. I utilize a holistic approach to treating patients, aiming to improve their well-being through mind, body, and soul.

Initial session: $300 for 60 minutes
Ongoing session: $150 for 30 minutes
More information on payments and coverage
Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.

when I was initially supposed to have my appointment, she took 15 minutes to answer the telehealth call. I had to call her and she proceeded to tell me that she was on the phone with another client and she had forgotten about my appointment then as I got on the telehealth call with her, she was still on the phone with her previous client and she did not meet herself. I want to emphasize the point. She did not mute herself, so I heard the conversation between her client and herand on top of that there was no background questions no questionnaire no anything. she asked me a few questions about how I feel how I sleep and she prescribed me two medications based off that. ?
