Ahmed Maki, DO is a Board Certified surgeon with an impressive list of academic and professional achievements. He has completed one year of Full Body Cosmetic Surgery Fellowship through Vincent Surgical Arts, a fellowship accredited through the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery. Dr. Maki also completed his primary residency and is Board Certified in Otolaryngology/Facial Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Maki obtained his medical degree from A.T. Still University of Health Sciences in Missouri in 2008. He finished at the top of his class and during his 4th year of medical school was privileged enough to rotate with many of the best facial plastic surgeons in the world.
After completing a One year General Surgery internship, Dr. Maki further pursued his interests in Head and Neck Surgery/Facial Plastic Surgery at Michigan State University, one of the top programs in ENT and Facial Plastic Surgery. He was privileged enough to work with Dr. Ted Golden, a graduate of the world famous Eugene Tardy, and one of the most distinguished rhinoplasty surgeons in the world. He then completed a fellowship in Full Body Cosmetic Surgery under the guidance of the distinguished Dr Drake Vincent, founder of the Swift Lift face lift in Salt Lake City, UT.

As soon as I arrived, the reception staff was not only helpful but extremely courteous as well. I immediately felt like a valued patient, which continued while I saw the doctor as well. He talked to me about everything that was going on with my issue, and asked me for my opinion on the options. He always wanted to make sure I was comfortable, and even made small jokes with me from time to time which put me completely at ease. It was a slightly painful and frustrating two hour visit to a doctor's office, but at least the personable interactions led me to leave with my head held high.
