I support young adults and women navigating depression, anxiety, and burnout by helping them improve their mood, reduce anxiety, and feel energized through a holistic treatment approach. I provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnoses, and personalized medication management for a wide range of mental health concerns. I promote a safe, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard, respected, and empowered on your healing journey.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
The initial intake involves a comprehensive, patient-centered assessment to better understand who you are, your concerns, and the factors contributing to them. This holistic approach allows me to identify your unique needs and develop a personalized treatment plan. In collaboration with you, treatment is tailored to incorporate your preferences and values, and may include medication management, psychoeducation, supportive psychotherapy, lifestyle modifications, and culturally informed care. Follow-up visits provide an opportunity to monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to support your ongoing well-being.
