The office was very dirty, It did not feel sanitary. However the staff was pleasant and seemed to take me seriously.

I scheduled my appointment this morning for 1:30pm. When I arrived they said there was no record of my appointment and that they never received a pop up from zocdoc. They also mentioned that they were closing in 20 minutes. When i gave my information, they found me on zocdoc and they took me in. The visit was rushed. The place looked sloppy and disorganized. The staff were not very professional. When i went to the pharmacy to fill my prescription, they said it hadn't come in yet. However, upon further investigation they found that the doctors office had entered my name incorrectly. My last name was so misspelled that only the first letter was correct. My name is simple and only 5 letters long. The staff had pronounced my name incorrectly while I was there, and I corrected her. She spelled it exactly as she had pronounced it. Then, one of the two medications prescribed to me by the doctor was not even covered by my insurance. I called ZocDoc, and just as I suspected they had done everything on their end, and even sent me a gift card as an apology for my bad experience.
