I liked the fact that he has late appointments. The wait was not bad. He kept checking his cell phone and laptop during the meeting which I don't know if I necessarily cared for but overall he was friendly.

He was VERY attentive, concerned about your problems, and EXTREMELY COMPASSIONATE!!
I truly felt comfortable explaining my 'probldms'to him and much to my surprise, he understood.
I look forward to my next appointment.
