I love that I was able to get an appointment same day with urgency care needed. I did not find it helpful that the NP was not willing to concern my desires and needs for continual care. It was more about what she thinks only. It is extremely critical to be included and respected for having concerns and interest in my medical/health care not just as a patient yet as a person needing to live a healthy well balanced life.

I confirmed the appointment as a dermatologist appointment on the phone. Came into the office, filled out paperwork, and waited for half an hour for the receptionist to try and force me into a yearly physical and a dermatologist referral. I was told there was no dermatology specialist on site. Then I was told that they would bill my insurance for the appointment anyways even though I didn’t attend it and wasn’t able to see a dermatologist as promised. They offered me a bottle of water though, so that was nice I guess.
