Appointments related to hearing issues, clogged sensations, or ringing in the ears may require an audio exam alongside the MD visit. These appointments must be scheduled directly with our office to properly evaluate your concerns.

I was lucky enough to get a next-day appointment, so I really can't complain about the 45 minute wait to be seen. Dr. Malone was very reassuring. I was afraid i might have to have some kind of painful procedure, but instead he wanted to try medication first. He answered all of my questions, explained everything clearly and did not rush me out.

90 minute wait in exam room with no updates

Dr looked in my ear for 10 seconds and said nothings wrong with me. I still can't hear out of that ear and have a crinkling sound, so something is definitely wrong. My whole appointment was less than 2 minutes.

Front desk staff was nice. Not sure if my insurance was taken as a paid a generous amount up front and normally I don't pay till after. When I got back to the doctor I felt like it was rushed. I was told one thing by my PCP and something completely different here so I'm not really sure. I don't feel confident after leaving here.

I went to be seen for a sudden vertigo. I was diagnosed with BPPV and Dr. Malone walked me through my diagnosis and treatment throughly. If anyone has had BPPV before you know how unpleasant the vertigo is. When doing the maneuver Dr. Malone talked me through it the entire time and made me feel I was in good hands.

I have been seeing Dr. Malone for a couple of months. My first impression of him was that he was very professional, likable, informed, and took his time to hear my issues. I was slightly annoyed that some of the staff was not wearing their masks properly (noses exposed) and there was not an effort to sanitize the pens. They were courteous and more prompt than most doctors offices.

Also in his office he has an audiologist that tested my hearing and said I certainly did not need a hearing aid after I had been tested and told I did need one. I was pleased with that diagnosis

Typically I don't have any sort of issues with my ears or sinuses that OTC medications don't help with, so for me to schedule an appointment with an ENT is rare and infrequent. Dr. Malone's office took note of the two weeks of symptoms, drugs I had taken to date, and continued issues that seemed unresolved. I appreciated Dr. Malone taking a non-drug based approach with my ears at the office, but then being persistent in answering my questions (as a scientist myself, I always have questions!) regarding continued medication to take and course of action. Dr. Malone made sure to schedule a follow up to verify problem resolution in a reasonable amount of time. Would definitely recommend him to anyone else looking for an ENT in the near future.

I just had my tonsils removed by him and I’ll forever be grateful. This should have been done when I was a child but I had to do it now at 20 years old. I went to 3 ENTs who basically just told me to deal with it. I went to Dr. Malone and he said he’d do it. He worked with my schedule and was very reassuring about the procedure, I felt comfortable with him 100% of the way. After the procedure was finished he himself went out to tell my mother it went well, this kind of thing is often done by nurses so I was grateful for that. Then I had a few small common issues with healing so I would call the office with questions, both times Dr. Malone called me back himself to make sure I was doing well and felt that allh my questions would be properly answered! 10/10 would recommend him to anyone!
