I received a message from the provider’s office (Happier Living) saying my visit wasn’t confirmed until I filled out a form. I tried to fill out the form but it wasn’t working properly and wouldn’t let me hit continue. I called the office for help and received an automated message saying that they don’t offer phone support and I would have to submit a ticket online. I did submit a ticket and was told I’d hear back within 24 hours, but I never heard back about the issue. But the office was constantly messaging and calling me to complete the form. When I eventually picked up, I explained the issue and the person didn’t know how to help. I asked if they took my insurance and they said no, even though it said on Zocdoc that they did.

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Rahimi for 1:30PM on today's date on Zocdoc. It turned out that actually I got an appointment for September 2nd with an entirely different provider. Completely unacceptable. I was in some level of psychiatric distress and the thought that I could quickly see a provider was helpful. Turns out that wasnt the case and it made my psychiatric distress immediately and measurably worse. This shouldn't be legal.

I had an appointment for 5 PM and they called me at 12 PM saying my insurance was not posted and that I would need to do that so I can have my appointment so I did that and waited until my appointment time then when the time came now I had to fill out this other Bunch of forms on their other website. ?Never got seen and was told I had to wait another week and need to give them my card information before having an appointment. Disgraceful I’m in terrible need for meds and this happens..
