I was most impressed by the attention to the COVID protocols for cleanliness, distance, masking, and making sure that only people who were expected were in the building. Additionally you could do all your paperwork from home online, and pay from your car ( where you checked in by text, just before your appointment, eliminating extra contacts with personnel.

Dr Becker & the attending nurse were very pleasant and knowledgeable.
The Crystal Run system is impersonal, cold, calculated to bring in the cash and run like the military,just like a cold cooperate environment. I wish I didn't have to use their system.

I enjoy our visits very much, from the first time I met him I knew we were going to hit it off. Also, I had been seen by numerous doctors which told me I have arthritis in my back & there was nothing they could do for my pain. I saw Dr.Becker & told him the story & he immediately called in a prescription for Flexril (muscle relaxer). I cannot tell you how these pills saved me. I can't say enough good things about Dr.Becker, he is outstanding!
