Parking was convenient and free. Walked into a clean, professional building. The office was tidy and welcoming. Hardly any wait. The nurse and doctor were wonderful. I felt the doctor really cared to get to know me and work with me on my health concerns.

OMG OMG today is my first time visiting Doc.Shen. She is such a good listener. She listens intently to my concerns and give me many useful suggestions. She is like a mom. Really care about your health and want to help you out. Lab experience is also very smooth. Everyone I saw was super professional and friendly. Definitely come back next year for my annual checkup.

For whatever reason the medical provider was not able to see my insurance card from Zocdoc after I uploaded it prior to making my appointment. There may be some disconnect with Zocdoc and the medical provider. However, Dr. Shen and USC Keck Medicine was great, very clean and easily accessible offices. Dr. Shen was a great listener and communicator by detailing her course of action going forward. Looking forward to a long-lasting relation with Dr. Shen and her staff.

I am so happy with my appointment.
Parking was ample and free. The office was very clean, modern, and quiet. I had the first appointment so I had no wait time. I was interviewed by a nurse, a student doctor, then Dr Shin. Every step was very assuring and I felt comfortable the entire time. Dr Shin explained every thing she was doing and made sure I had all my questions answered!

Very quick to be seen, staff was very helpful and patient. There was a student with the doctor during my appointment and they were both very kind, patient, and concerned. I felt very welcomed and already made a follow up appointment to be seen again. Office and rooms were very nice and clean.

Seemed nice at first but didn’t help me with the one issue I had before booking the appointment. I even called ahead to make sure she could help and they said yes but when I got there they couldn’t help and I was stuck with a full medical bill of the visit. Waited at the front desk for nearly 30 min after the visit to check out and no one was at the desk. They also sent a prescription for me and didn’t tell me where or when to pick it up.

I had a wonderful experience. I didn't have my insurance number but the admin was able to find it with my social. The nurses were all very sweet and made me feel really comfortable. The doctor was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure all my needs were taken care of. I went in for an IUD removal and pap. Overall, great eperience.
