The staff members were great. I signed in and in just a few minutes I was bought back to a room. The doctor was very thorough in my visit and seemed to care about my issues I was having. I did not have a very long wait time throughout my visit.

I couldn't be more pleased with my first experience. Everyone was so incredibly nice and Dr. Saidov is incredible at explaining why or how I got carpal tunnel. Dr. Saidov gave me a brace and injections which helped my wrist significantly. I found Pegasus Pain Management on Google and I am so glad I found Dr. Saidov.

From the moment you walk in the door to the moment you are leaving, Pegasus Pain Management is an inviting and welcoming environment with friendly staff who are there to meet your pain needs. The facility is very modern, nice, and clean. I had an appointment for shoulder pain from moving boxes into my new house. Dr. Saidov was very understanding and spent 20 minutes examining my pain. He suggested non-surgical treatment and my shoulder pain is 95% gone! I would recommend Dr. Saidov to everyone in Dallas!
