Patient reviews for Dr. Alina Rabinovich
She’s very thoughtful and very good
I had been putting off seeing a urologist for a year. The doctor was super nice, asked the right questions. The whole process including all staff was exceptional!!! Doctor was probably the best I have seen in NYC
Dr. Rabinovich was extremely professional. She listen to all my needs carefully and provided options to correct the issue.
Great! Attentive and lovely.
I keep going back. Quiet office, friendly staff
The office claimed to accept care credit then when it cam time to pay they didn't accept care credit. This was very misleading as the only reason I made the appointment is because I could use my care credit
Very knowledgeable doctor - but their office needs do a better job at time-management. The appointments are closely packed and had to wait over 35 minutes both times that I went there. All of us have jobs to get back to and our time is just as important as the doctor’s.
I think Dr. R is spectacular. I see her for botox cosmetic and I am always pleased with the result. It lasts longer than any of the other doctors I have seen in the past.
Dr. Rabinovich is great!
Dr. Rabinovich is extremely pleasant and has excellent bedside manner. This was my second visit with her and I am very pleased.
great doctor and great staff - highly recommend
After months of minsdiagnosises, Dr. Rabinovich was able to diagnose me with a rare headache. Would recommend.
Alina is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't wait at all (I actually made them wait for taking so long filling out all the paperwork), she was very personable, kind, straight forward, and all around a very good doctor.
Not sure what other negative comments are about. She is fabulous. Very attentive, knows her stuff, and i am very pleased. Everyone in NYC is late, is what it is, butl she is amazing!
Actual appt was fine but I was kept waiting for more than 30 minutes when no one else was in the office or ahead of me. When I was finally seen, I realized that my wait was because the dr. was eating lunch. The treatment room reeked of fried food.
Worth the wait. You understand when you're sitting with her that your wait is because she is very thorough with each patient.
I thought Dr. Rabinovich was great. Friendly, smart, knowledgable and took time to explain and answer questions. Staff was also very nice.
My daughter went to see her for migraines. It was not the best place to go for this concern. My daughter did not feel like she fit with the treatment approach in this practice. While a patient here, an EMG was done and this was one of the biggest mistakes we made as this procedure led to a worsening of symptoms. If you have migraines, there are other practice that are better suited to help.
Very thorough very professional
She was very helpful and cared about my situation. Also, she was very knowledgeable.
Nothing special.
Dr. had no warmth or bed side manor, referred to me as to that one over there. I spoke to receptionist 3 times cause she kept trying to change my appointment, then finally gave me a definite time but not before I called her back to find out. The day of the appointment, I get to the office to get told that they do not accept my insurance. ARE YOU KIDDING ME, TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE! I took the day off from work and had to travel in from another borough, not professional. OFFICE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!
From the first visit, I felt welcomed by the staff. Doctor Rabinovich is professional and knowledgeable. I have continued with her.
Great doctor very smart was able to diagnose the probelm right away knows her stuff
Horrible experience. Appointment was at 3, didn't see the doctor until 3:50. I was very upset, especially since I rushed to make it on time DIRECTLY after work. The waiting room was very dark and dreary. The receptionist was great; very friendly and attentive. However, Dr. Rabinovich was basically yelling at her. After waiting for almost an hour, Dr. Rabinovich finally saw me. She wasn't very friendly and seemed as if she had an attitude. She didn't ask questions clearly for me to understand and answer accurately. After getting frustrated with my answers, she stopped and apologized because she was frustrated at the receptionist who was apparently new and in training. She continued asking questions...everything seemed ok (kind of), until her iPhone rang and she proceeded to check it. She ignored the call and continued with questions...but then it rang again....AND SHE ANSWERED!!! Even though she didn't stay on the phone for long and she apologized for it, this is an office. Phones should be AWAY, OFF, or on DO NOT DISTURB while at work and if there is an actually emergency, the person should know to call the job before the cell. Ughs. Conclusion - Too rushed - Dr's attitude was POOR - Wait was ridiculous Overall...terrible experience. NEVER AGAIN!
I really like Dr. R. She is real, she is personable, she is professional.....and she understands the problem I have, completely. I would recommend her. I have moved here from out of state and I like her as well as my last doctor. I am so glad I found her.
My first appointment the wait was awhile all others have been reasonable. She is the 3rd neurologist I have seen for an ongoing issue and the first to do more than wait and see. I appreciate the thoroughness. She doesn't do any of the standard vitals and her front desk assistant is helpful and available by text.
listened carefully and provided more than I anticipated. Highly recommend
Always took personal calls while during my visit. Even yelled out to staff to find what they were eating for lunch. Pumped me with pills, so I left,
They never got back to me about my MRI I called 3 times and no one picked up or called me back.m
She is a bit rude and not very friendly. Very dismissive.
Extremely professional and attentive doctor.
I probably will not go back to this Dr. I waited almost 30 minutes to be seen when there were no other patients being seen. The Dr. did not close the door to her office and my entire consultation could be heard by the front desk staff. I did not feel like the Dr. seemed overly friendly and recommended I return to the office in 4 weeks for a follow up but for no reason. I wouldn't recommend this neurologist.
She is so sweet, personable and caring, and always makes herself available whenever I need her.
Thorough, attentive, careful and considerate care.
Always look forward to seeing her. Excellent, kind, caring Dr. Knows what she's doing..., love her!
I am very satisfied with Dr. Rabinovich. She's done a great job with listening and addressing my concerns. And the results are always what I'm looking for. I plan on returning
Smart, thorough and caring. She was caught in traffic that morning - hence the delay - but I wish her staff had warned me, But I feel as if i'm in capable hands.
I felt very comfortable and at ease. Alll my questions was answered. Thank you Dr Rabinovich!
She took meticulous notes. She listened to everything I said. Was not rushed to get you out to see another patient.
It was fine but the level of responsiveness post-appointment (when I needed help most) was terrible.
Dr. Rabinovich was considerate, and appropriately serious about the procedure, which I appreciated.
Dr Rabinovich was very accommodating and helpful. I would return to her again.
She's attentive and professional. She takes her time to focus on what you need.
Dr. Rabinovitch spent over an hour with me, listening to my symptoms, asking questions. She seems to be a highly dedicated and caring professional.
Results were good- but staff was rude, wait time insane (staff unapologetic). Patient ahead of me Waite almost two hours also. Dr. left door open after I was finally brought in to office and was listening to outside conv. and shaking head in disapproval while ignoring me. Had to ask if there was issue to get Dr. attention.
Very professional she very patient took time to listen and help me with my concern!
Dr. Rabinovich was very polite. She spent a good deal of time with me and listened to me about what my concerns were. Though the office doesn't seem that extensive because she shares an office with a dentist, it was very clean.
Professional and dedicated.
All-around fine.
