My entire experience visiting Dr. Runyan was pleasant. The waiting area was cute and comfortable, the front desk was very friendly, and the doctor made me feel comfortable and listened to. I was in and out in less than an hour and I've already made a follow-up appointment.

This was my first visit with this practice. The entire staff was friendly, talkative and completely got rid of any anxiety I had walking in. I felt instantly comfortable which is the most important thing to me. When I was called in for my appointment, Dr. Runyan was empathetic and very professional. She obviously knew what she was doing and answered any questions/concerns I had very specifically. I have zero complaints about my experience. I can’t recommend this practice enough.

The actual visit with the Dr. was great. But the nurse threw out my urine sample without running any tests (not even a pregnancy test) and I had to give them another sample. The nurse also tried to bring another patient into the room I was in after my appointment. This was before I was done changing. They hadn’t cleaned, sanitized or thrown away anything I had used yet. They waited for me to change and then she immediately brought her in. Not acceptable. I immediately felt like the room was not cleaned before I went in.

Dr. Runyan was wonderful. I was very anxious when I came in, and she calmly and with a smile walked me through all my questions (even the borderline insane ones), and answered them with clarity. She kind of made me feel like I was just talking to a friend (who happened to be a medical professional). I did not feel rushed at all. Everything was very thorough and professional.

Was disappointed with overall experience. Went in as a new patient for annual exam and specific questions regarding a health issue I had been experiencing. Felt very rushed and dismissed. My exam didn't even include everything it usually does. Won't be going back.

Dr. Runyan and her staff was amazing, kind, friendly and thorough. I had the first appt and there was absolutely no wait. She took her time and spoke to me about my history yet the visit was fast. Office is beautiful. Great experience over all. I can't wait for my next visit.
