Front desk personnel was mediocre. I feel like she could’ve been more welcoming and nicer, but I understand there was a lot of patients. Her assistant and the doctor were fantastic. Very welcoming. Made me feel comfortable. Made sure everything ok listen to my concerns ?

Dr. Pinion is very knowledgeable on her field. She explained all the details to me on my issues. She is very caring n understanding my situation without rushing. I am highly grateful for her help and sincerely appreciate it.

100% would recommend! Provider was empathetic and ready to answer some additional questions I raised. The office is located in a convenient area and they even offer parking validation. A+ medical office and provider experience

Dr. Piboon was amazing and will be my new established OBGYN. It was very difficult to find an OBGYN who took my new insurance plan and was within a reasonable distance for me by bus when I was looking to get an annual visit done in January, but I held it off. Thankfully I was able to find her on zocdoc this past weekend while I was experiencing issues and conveniently got my annual visit and other issues taken care of in one visit. I generally hate going to OBGYNs because it makes me nervous and it is an uncomfortable experience, but she made me feel at ease with her conversations and she tried to be gentle, with good bedside manner. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions while listening to my concerns. Unfortunately it looks like she is only in Whitestone on Tuesdays, but hopefully in the future she sees patients here more than 1 day a week!
