I saw Dr. Buzinover to review some results and get a referral. She was to the point and quick, and listened to my concerns. But as I need to see another specialist, it's hard to determine how helpful the referral and thus visit was.

First, the office was not open when I arrived. I made my appoint for the first time available and the office opened 10 minutes past their posted time on their website. Second, I went to talk to the doctor about getting an antibiotic. After I spoke with Dr. Buzinover she placed me in a chair in the hallway without a rhyme or reason to why I was still at her office. I sat in this chair for over a half hour as nurses and other "staff(?)" walked by me without looking or speaking to me. Next they bring me in to a room to draw my blood. No one explained to me what was happening they just shoved forms in front of my face. After they drew blood, I was brought back to the chair where I sat again for a half hour during I assume someones lunch. I was brought into a room where wires were hooked up to me and my heart was scanned. After the women performing the exam was finished I asked her "What did you just do?" She said "What do you mean? The doctor didn't explain?" To which I responded, "No. I have no idea what you just did or why it was done to me." Her explanation was simply "echocardiogram," and I was prompted to leave the room. A few weeks later I had to return to get the results of my blood work. When I met the Dr. Bunzinover again, I asked her, "Why was this blood work taken and why did you have an echocardiogram performed on me during my last visit?" Dr. Bunzinover provided no answers to these questions and offered a simple "No one explained it to you? Well, sorry." I have waited 9 MONTHS for the result of my echocardiogram and to understand why it was done in the first place. I would not recommend this practice to anyone who doesn't want their insurance bill ran through the roof.

Love going here the clinic also has cardiology, neurology, gyn, physical therapy, podiatry its like a one stop shop my only thing is the front desk is a little inattentive but if they were to be more greeting of the patients and asking if you need help when clearly standing there waiting to be addressed but besides that I would recommend for the convenience and the fact that if I tell the doctor my eyelash hurts lol she's ordering tests and referring me to the proper channels where this day and age some physicians will write it off as the aging process or give you pills to shut you up

I needed an important physical done. Dr was not personable, some of the front desk staff were. One of the vaccines I needed only could be administered by a physician she never offered a solution and told me go to the department of health. In addition they charged a co pay twice, for the initial visit and the results. Horrible experience.

I had an 11am appointment and didn’t get seen until 2pm. For 3 hours, I sat in the office watching talk shows just to go in the office and speak to the doctor for 15 minutes and be scheduled with a follow-up for blood work I didn’t need in the first place. The office is clean though.

I will not be using this doctor again. She is disrespectful of people’s time and doesn’t even seem apologetic about it. I waited almost two hours. I think I was only seen so that my co-pay wouldn’t have to be refunded when I threatened to leave. And for the 1.45 hrs waited, my appointment was only about 5 minutes long!
She was preoccupied trying to get me to use other services at the practice, which was laughable if I used her as a gauge.
Finally, I felt my concerns weren’t really heard. You know those instances of when a black woman has to tell a doctor that something is wrong and that doctor just dismisses it as though she is talking crazy without giving it much thought? Yep. That was my first indication that I wouldn’t be back. I gave as many second chances as I could, but will cut ties with the clinic. Too bad too. It was conveniently located.

I have previously seen Dr. Buzinover at another office in the past but I love the location now. Parking is easy. For me being a new patient, the process between filling out the required forms and seeing the doctor was quick and easy. Receptionists was helpful and kind. Overall great experience.

This was great!
The office seemed organized despite its very busy-bee look.
The only thing I’d suggest is that the phlebotomy room seemed a little disorganized— putting my alcohol swab on clean gauze that would be used for future patients.
Otherwise great and gentle, and friendly experience.

Dr. Buzinover is wonderful! She is kind, understanding, and not prejudice- unlike a lot of other doctors. She listens and actually cares. I will definitely recommend her. Unfortunately though, she has unprofessional staff, rude and disrespectful, not a good look for her smh. The wait is always 2+ hours so make sure you eat and have entertainment with you. The wait it worth it however because she is so lovely.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Buzinover to anyone I know. She's very kind and thorough. The staff, on the other, maybe not as much. I called with my pharmacy information and they still haven't given it to her so I can get my medicines, that I really need but I'm sick. It just goes to show that the doctor can be awesome but the people who work at the facility could suck. Also the sonogram tech was nice and friendly as well as the lady who took my blood. Front desk staff, not the best. I can't rate the doctor and other people based solely on front desk staff.

I waited for over an hour to be seen, and was not really given the time or day or consultation on my prescriptions, which is what I was hoping to be seen for. I watched my prescription be Googled, which is not what I would like to be seen by a professional.
In addition to that, hours after leaving, I received a phone call telling me that my appointment was tomorrow (it was not), which shows they were disorganized and did not remember me coming in three hours prior.
