The PA seemed more interested in getting me to leave. When I described my symptoms she said it was caused by an electrolyte imbalance, but did not do any tests. When I asked for a blood test she went to check if she could and came back 20 minutes later to say they couldn’t. She didn’t discuss any alternative causes of my symptoms or seemed knowledgeable about all the causes that could lead to my symptoms.
I went to the ER the next day and it turned out to be a muscle injury, my electrolyte levels were ok.
The PA was either uncaring, poorly trained, or some combination of both.
The best outcome of my visit is that I know not to go here again.

The front disc lady was very rude when I called to confirm my appointment and she was fighting with a family who brought their sick kid when they asked her if she can can check with the pharmacy if they are open or they can deliver to her address since it was raining and cold

Thankfully I got a last minute appointment. They were very accommodating and professional from the minute I stepped into the clinic.
My special thanks to Tedi for his professionalism and kindness throughout the appointment. He made me feel comfortable and communicated our plan of action. The appointment went well and he prescribed medication as a supplement to the treatment.
If you ever need a last minute appointment, give this clinic a go because they will take very good care. My thanks again to the staff, it was greatly appreciated.

Went to urgent care for what I thought was a severe cold. I was tested for every possible thing it could be: COVID, flu a/b, RSV. The doctor checked my throat but didn’t see anything wrong, checked my ears but there was too much wax to see through. I was prescribed antibiotics in case it was an infection and then referred to a specialist that would see me that week. The test results were texted to me the next day. The visit was straight forward and helpful for next steps.

Dr. Schonfeld didn't appear to take my severe eczeme flare-up as seriously as I would have liked. I gave two stars because he did prescribe most of what I needed to control the flareup, but he patronizingly suggested I use 'benadryl', which when I told him doesn't work for me, he suggested using what. I currently use...which I told him is not working. In the end he said to rely on the steroids. We spoke for maximum two minutes got the impression he wanted me to leave right away & wasn't concerned about properly helping me.

I went in with a serious breathing problem. They were phenomenal. they gave me oxygenated medication. A shot and I felt better with prescriptions already waiting for me at cvs next door. Plus they all have a sense of humor.
