I had an appointment at this clinic and traveled about 30 minutes to get there. After checking in, I was informed that I needed to purchase a COSTLY membership in order to see the doctor. This requirement was never communicated to me before the appointment and was not mentioned on Zocdoc.
When I declined to pay an unexpected and substantial membership fee, they canceled my appointment and told me the doctor would not see me without it. This was extremely frustrating and a complete waste of my time.
Patients should be clearly informed about any mandatory fees before scheduling an appointment.

I visited due to severe headache, joint pain, and fever. The doctor ordered blood and urine tests, which I completed the same day, but the results took over 10 days to be released. During that time, I followed up three times but never received a clear response. On day 11, a check-in appointment was scheduled, but I had already sought care from another doctor and started treatment. Overall, this was a complete waste of time.

They want you to sign up for a $200 membership before you get seen by a doctor. It is not clearly communicated on Zocdoc at all and I don’t understand why do you need to have membership- this is not a gym.

As part of annual physical, the doctor forgot to do auscultation until I asked the nurse, his excuse was that he couldn't find his stethoscope.
During the very short meeting with doctor, he kept asking me if I have questions, but whenever I asked something, he said he doesn't know. It's a smart way to show his "caring" and keep time short.
The doctor and nurses don't speak fluent English, which causes big barrier. Only the receptionist speaks perfect English.
I'll not come back to due to unprofessionalism and communication barrier.

I saw another doctor than the one I booked. Although she was great and provided good recommendation to my problem, the change of doc was a bit unexpected and confusing to me.

This is my first visit with Dr. Tsadyk, I want to say that I am glad I found his office and that my insurance was accepted. For quite some time I have been telling my doctors I feel I have been feeling palpitations. All my previous Drs would pretty much brush me off and say I was fine. But I knew something was not right. Dr. Tsadyk, has shown to be the right Dr. He listened and is addressing this issue.
The office is very nice and clean, far above from many places I have been. Staff were all professional and friendly. Evan was very helpful and polite in answering my questions.
There was no wait time and they even took me in before my appointment.

Doctors should be able to do better than ChatGPT and be able to share some wisdom on basic concerns of patients. BP and weight etc aren’t rocket science topics and doctors should be able to provide more insights than basic information available online.

Searched for Clifton office on Valley Rd and clicked to book same day appt on Zocdoc. Called 5 mins later to confirm appt but it was with Edgewater office. It was quickly corrected over the phone. I double checked the window on my PC and it clearly showed 855 Valley Rd. Not sure how the wrong office was booked. Still a 9.9 out of 10... until I figure out if I clicked the wrong link somehow.

This place I booked was similar to a OneMedical shop in that they signed me up for a membership so that I could be seen and that I had a few days to cancel it before getting charged. Would’ve been nice to know that beforehand because it was a great experience, but probably now won’t see them again

I've been looking for a doctor for a while + found this office recently. I have to say this had to be one of the best doctor's visit's I've had in a long a time. For starters, the office is beautiful, they're open late + on the weekends.
My visit with both the nurse + doctors went really well. They made you feel comfortable by being attentive + listened to all of my concerns. I really enjoyed my experience here and will be going back soon!

I was looking for a PCP closer to where I live near Edgewater. Great office, staff and ambience. Nice comfortable lounge with amenities. Is this really a doctors office? Met with Dr Tsadyk who was welcoming, knowledgeable and helpful. They have more services to offer that I plan to look into. New age experience, doctors visit redefined. Definitely recommend.
