She was very sweet and kind. Very clear and succinct. Would recommend her but the office in downtown BK was crowded with a rather boisterous bunch of patients and it took a long time before I was attended.

I made an appointment for a general consultation. Dr. Glusker and the nurse who worked with me were very professional. However, the physical condition that the office was in as well as the disorganization of the office staff did not lead me to believe that there was a lot of respect for patients. As recommended in the other reviews, I booked an early appointment... This made no difference; somehow walk-ins were brought in ahead of me, even though I arrived to the office 15 minutes before my 9am appointment. The secretaries seemed disorganized and the waiting room was dirty - walls needed a paintjob and things just felt "run-down." I had no idea based on the the other reviews that I was going to a clinic... there were a lot of people just "hanging out" in the waiting room who did not seem to have appointments. The technician who took my blood was great as was Dr. Glusker, but it was insulting to be asked questions about depression and alcoholism while another patient was a yard away getting blood drawn. As if anyone would discuss their personal matters in that setting! The bathroom where I was lead to give a routine urine sample was disgusting - while I was juggling the humbling experience of peeing into a cup, I was looking around at toilet paper strewn on the floor and general bathroom grime expected of a public restroom - not a hygienic doctor's office. I waited for over an hour for 3 minutes of bloodwork and 15 minutes wit the doctor... how is this considered healthcare??

Dr Glusker was perfectly fine but the clinic was horribly busy and absurdly disorganised. i waited more than two hours for my appointment and I wished I had just stayed in bed.

Dr. Glusker is a gem! Very practical and to-the-point and friendly and understanding. Support staff also friendly and professional. Office building and restroom (for urine sample!) kind of decrepit and gross but that is not Dr.'s fault. Hopefully, she can get elevated to a better space soon because she really is wonderful.

The doctor is very nice, helpful and professional. Unfotunately that does not make up for the very unprofessional apprearance of the clinic and patients. The employees are great but the place smelled of urine. Only come here if you have NO where else to go

Doctor great, but office is a nightmare!!! Every time I came I waited hours, appointments don't seem to mean anything to them. Also, the staff was rude, and the waiting room was filled with people cursing and fighting with eachother.

The clinic can be hectic and a little slow, so an early appointment is probably best. Despite that, the experience was great. Doctor has great bedside manner, very friendly and just enjoyable. The PA I saw to draw blood and do routine tests was really good as well.
