About Dr. Allen Morgan

Dr. Allen Morgan is a board-certified reproductive endocrinologist and obstetrician-gynecologist who has been at the forefront of fertility medicine in New Jersey for more than three decades. After completing his medical degree at Far Eastern State Medical University, he pursued specialized training with an OB-GYN residency at Long Island Jewish Medical Center and a fellowship in Reproductive Endocrinology at the University of Kentucky Hospital. In 1993, Dr. Morgan founded Morgan Fertility & Reproductive Medicine with a clear mission: to make high-quality fertility care accessible and affordable to every patient who walks through the door. Three years later, he made history by opening New Jersey's first IVF laboratory in 1996, establishing himself as a true pioneer in the field. Throughout his career, Dr. Morgan has helped bring more than 10,000 babies into the world through his fertility programs. His approach combines cutting-edge reproductive technology with deeply compassionate, personalized care. He believes that every patient deserves a treatment plan tailored to their unique circumstances, not a one-size-fits-all approach. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Morgan serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UMDNJ (Rutgers), where he contributes to the education and training of the next generation of fertility specialists. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and maintains dual board certifications in both Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Morgan's philosophy is rooted in the belief that building a family is a fundamental human right. This conviction drives Morgan Fertility's commitment to transparent pricing, inclusive patient acceptance policies, and a welcoming environment where every patient is treated with dignity and respect regardless of age, BMI, or reproductive history.
