Three years later, he made history by opening New Jersey's first IVF laboratory in 1996, establishing himself as a true pioneer in the field. Throughout his career, Dr. Morgan has helped bring more than 10,000 babies into the world through his fertility programs. His approach combines cutting-edge reproductive technology with deeply compassionate, personalized care. He believes that every patient deserves a treatment plan tailored to their unique circumstances, not a one-size-fits-all approach. In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Morgan serves as an Assistant Clinical Professor at UMDNJ (Rutgers), where he contributes to the education and training of the next generation of fertility specialists. He is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists (FACOG) and maintains dual board certifications in both Reproductive Endocrinology & Infertility and Obstetrics & Gynecology. Dr. Morgan's philosophy is rooted in the belief that building a family is a fundamental human right.
