Dr. Heffron explained why I might be feeling certain pains in my body. She also taught me two stretches to help alleviate my back discomfort. I didn't feel as rushed as I usually feel when meeting with a doctor. I'd recommend Dr. Heffron. I was disappointed that one of the receptionists billed me twice because she made an error the first time. I wish she had spoken to a colleague about how my insurance works before billing me 7x the amount of my co-pay and then again for the correct amount. Other than that, my experience was a pleasant one.

Dr. Heffron is an acupuncturist and a third generation chiropractor licensed by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine and National Board of Chiropractic Examiners. She holds certificates in Active Release Technique as well as Kinesio Tape. Dr. Heffron is very passionate about rehabilitation through chiropractic adjustments, corrective exercises, orthopedic needling, cupping, and gua sha.
Dr. Heffron is currently training in competitive Olympic Weightlifting, so she is very enthusiastic about participating in increasing functional athletic performance as well as improving function in her patients’ daily activities.
Aside from her unique approach in the treatment of musculoskeletal injuries, she has a strong background in Traditional Chinese Medicine to treat more systemic dysfunction and chronic disorders. Dr. Heffron truly believes that everyone would benefit from these two alternative and conservative approaches for optimal health.
