“Very good visit with Dr. Bassel. He was very professional, respectful, and knowledgeable. He told me what he was going to do and where he was going to place his hands, always asking if that was okay. He understood my issues and gave me suggestions on how to work on them. Brandon, the office receptionist was super nice and personable. I did have to wait slightly longer than I expected, there was an emergency that came in right before me. Brandon apologized once or twice and acknowledged my patience, I also wasn’t in a hurry so really didn’t matter to me. The office itself feels dated and bare, doesn’t really matter to me but might to others.”
