I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner in the state of MA and co-founder of Silver Lining Integrative Psychiatry. I specialize in holistic and culturally sensitive care for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, and mood disorders. My mission is to normalize mental health conversations, especially in communities of color—and to offer care that validates and empowers every client.

Clients can expect a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental environment where their story matters. I understand that mental health is not one-size-fits-all, and I strive to tailor each session to meet your unique needs. My priority is to make you feel heard, supported, and safe as we work together on your goals.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
I begin with a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation to fully understand your symptoms, background, and goals. From there, we co-create a treatment plan that may include medication management, therapy referrals, and lifestyle support. I stay engaged through regular follow-ups and open communication, making adjustments as needed to help you feel your best.

I went in there in extreme distress after I couldn't book an appointment with my previous psychiatrist after I spent years with them and I missed appointments and decided I want to change psychiatrist and this woman treated me as the most I would never treat a human being with medical conditions like that she's a despicable human being she said the most awful things to me accused me of like try

Hi my name it’s Nilda .. I went to zodiac to look for a psychiatry .and I find this young girl . I think she was on her 32 years old . She send put me in her video camera .. and she was very very nice .she look very ? professional . She was very aware of my conversation . And then she came and star trying to give me medication . That will work better for me .. plus they send you by mail a test that you wipe each cheeks on the side and send it back to them. and . To see what kind of medication you have to drink . And they can proscribe you the right medication. And from there you have to see counselor ones a week . And she keep you track on your meds. To be ? sure you taking them and they monitor you wild you taking the new meds
