Dr. Kumar is a very busy man, and doesn't give off a lot of emotion when you meet him. I can understand that people might think him apathetic at first, but he is quite the opposite. He is patient and kind and will listen to anything you have to say during his visits. If you are having trouble, he really does care about his patients and wants to see them well.

Visit was great - though they didn't know what I was talking about when I said I'd filled out paper via Zoc Doc so I still had to do 20 min of paperwork which was really not ideal.

Dr Kumar is clearly a competent physician. Any concern about "bedside" manner is the result of his accent and English language communicative skills which are perhaps exascerbated when dealing with a teenage female. He is receptive & responsive to her parents questions and concerns. He returned a phone inquiry in short time a few weeks ago!
