Regardless, we need to find balance in a world that will take everything from us if we let it. Our overall health is a combination of physical, emotional and spiritual aspects. So, I hate it when I go to get my oil changed and they make all these extra recommendations that are over my head and I don’t understand. Then I feel stupid asking questions so I just go along with what they recommend because I really need my oil changed! Your medical care should NOT be like this. You should be a part of the understanding and planning. I’m here to consult and direct, but we make decisions together. I love patients who take an active and interested role in their healthcare.
