“Everybody at this facility was wonderful. The appointment was quick get thorough, straight to the point and possibilities for what could be going on clearly spoken, along with a game plan for treatment. There was my appointment and another appointment booked for right after mine (within 5 minutes) so I let the older lady go before me, expecting it to take a while. It did not! The schedule moved well, even including me accepting to wait a little bit longer, especially because this was a Saturday appointment. I was seen and really appreciate they have Saturday appointments, because I work Monday-Friday. I am happy to be established with him!”

I was very disappointed in the whole experience and embarrassed as a BayCare employee that this is a BayCare facility. My appointment time was changed the day before and the provider I booked with also changed. I was taken back 40 minutes late and was told I had 3 patients ahead of me. I was unable to stay as I had another appointment scheduled after this. No one kept me updated as I waited in the waiting room. Staff was not helpful. I will never go back to this office again.

Waited an hour and a half in the patient room without being seen, updated at all. Finally, a doctor, NOT who I booked an appointment with, came in with terrible bedside manners.
When I calmly voiced my frustration, she completely dismissed it. She even said she didn’t even know I was here. When I asked if this is how they disrespect their customers, she walked out of the room, and a nurse came in 10 minutes later to tell me that they canceled my appointment.
This place is an absolute joke, completely unprofessional, and liars.

So guys don't let the building scare you off its not exactly your typical doctors office vibe that being said Dr.Landry is extremely knowledgeable and had me in and out of the office within 30 minutes with more information than I've received from several previous providers. I'd recommend anyone comes here if they need care especially here in Clearwater doctors can be booked out for months at a time. They got me in within 24 hours.
