Wound Care: I had a splitter embedded fairly deep in my right index (pointer) finger. Amanda initially indicated that I may need to see a hand specialist to ensure the removal caused no nerve damage. Then she decided with my encouragement to try a small cut on each side of my finger. With firm squeezing she successfully removed a 3/8 inch splitter and a 5/8 inch splitter. I was very pleased with her excellent work.

The woman at the front desk was nice but, they did not know about my appointment. They said it’s not confirmed until they call. So either they need to fix something on their end or there’s no point in having her listed on Zocdoc. Save yourself time and just call the office to make an appointment. When they rescheduled my appt, it was rescheduled at a different office I’m assuming a sister office of some sort. I wish I would have saw the other review about them not being aware of the appointment before I booked on Zocdoc. I’ll be more cautious next time.

Zocdoc sent multiple confirmations and yet the office had no awareness of my visit; wasting my time and this was AFTER a rescheduling event via zocdoc because the vendor couldn’t support the original date.
Wasting my time and requiring work outages at cost to myself.
I requested the vendor stop using zocdoc for my attempted third rescheduling. I have no desire or trust this office is properly using or integrated with zocdoc and may never use this service again.
