“The doctor provided excellent care, and the wait time was very short. However, the front office experience could be improved. Upon arrival, the staff members were on their phone and did not provide a welcoming greeting. When leaving, I asked about nearby pharmacies and was told she wasn’t sure because she didn’t live in the area. I would have expected the office to have a list of local pharmacies available for patients. Additionally, the staff member was again on her phone watching videos, which I found unprofessional, especially as the front desk is the first point of contact for patients.”

After completing medical school at Zagazig University Faculty of Medicine in 2021, Dr. Amany Ismaiel practiced as a general pediatrician and earned a master's degree in Pediatrics and Neonatology from Benha University in Egypt. Dr. Ismaiel moved to the United States in 2017 and completed her pediatrics residency at St. Joseph's University Medical Center. She loves children and enjoys nurturing the relationship that develops between patients, their parents, and the pediatrician. Her goal as a pediatrician is to provide the best level of care, knowledge, and support for her patients and their families.

The doctor provided excellent care, and the wait time was very short. However, the front office experience could be improved. It was so nice to know Dr. Ismael takes patients for annual check ups on Sundays. Even though I had to wait an hour to be seen, I had to keep in mind that this was our first appointment and also it is a Sunday. I’m sure everyone was trying to book on a Sunday. Overall she was very through and knowledgeable and took the time to answer my questions. They also made sure they gave me the medical paperwork for my daughter before I left, I had received a notification of the prescription she sent to cvs, and she gave me a script for LAB-CORE which is right across the street and was able to get everything done today. Over all my visit was a 10 out of 10
