“Great service but your will be up charged. I went to see chiropractor and got “full service” treatment and charged for each separately. This was not explained and I was disappointed.”

About Dr. Amber Altamura
Dr. Amber Altamura is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College, where she received her Doctorate of Chiropractic degree. Prior to chiropractic school, she obtained a Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science with a pre-med emphasis and a minor in Sports Psychology from Ithaca College, where she was also a member of the Women’s Varsity Rowing team.
Dr. Amber is a Graston, Active Release Technique (ART) and Motion Palpation Institute certified provider. Active Release Technique is regarded as the gold standard for treating soft tissue injuries. ART can be used to treat problems with muscles, tendons, ligaments and nerves. Dr. Amber is also a Russian Kettlebell Certified Instructor and 75 Kg USAPL competitor.
Along with her team of Physical Therapists, Acupuncturists, and Massage Therapists at NuView Health Medical, she treats a long list of injuries and aches. She is passionate about rehab and believes everyone should be able to move freely without pain.

Poor listener. I came asking for an alignment and some shoulder pain. The chiropractor only focused on my shoulder pain. She was with me all of 5 mins. I asked again for an alignment and said she was done and I could get that in my next sessions. That I should come twice a week. I came here almost a year ago when I had bad tech neck and got great, thorough service each and every time I came. This felt rushed and I didn’t even get what I asked for. I have a history of seeing chiropractors so I new what to expect. This did not meet my expectations

Dr. Amber is treating me for a herniated disc. I would not take my treatment else where. My pain intensity has dropped immensely in the couple of months of treatment.

I could not move my neck due to a probed nerve and Dr. Altamura 's adjustments allowed me to leave the office much more released and with the mobility to move my head around.
