I enjoyed my visit with Dr. Jaeger (well, as much as anyone can enjoy an OBGYN appointment...). She was patient,answered all my questions, and kept me calm during the pap smear and pelvic exam.

While Dr. Jaeger is excellent and thorough, unfortunately the desk staff at her office are not as professional. They don't communicate well and do not seem very customer service-focused. I have often had to wait to get their attention while they seem to just hang out behind the front desk.

Dr. Amber Jaeger received her undergraduate degree in biomechanical engineering from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. She worked on a research team at Medtronic, Inc., where she attained a U.S. Patent, before attending medical school at the University of Wisconsin. Dr. Jaeger did her specialization training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Wake Forest University in North Carolina. She was elected chief resident for her final year.
Dr. Jaeger chose to specialize in Obstetrics and Gynecology because she enjoys developing long term relationships with patients while caring for them through annual exams, pregnancy and routine gynecological care. She is passionate about and has experience in high risk obstetrics, infertility and minimally invasive laparoscopic and hysteroscopic surgery. She has a warm and caring personality and is known for her excellent bedside manner. She lives in the peninsula with her husband and daughter, and enjoys exploring the Bay Area, hiking and painting in her free time. Dr. Jaeger speaks some Spanish.

Dr. Jaeger is hands down the best OBGYN I've ever seen. She's really good at explaining what she's doing and why, and also talking through test results and procedures. She really makes the experience a lot less stressful. I can't recommend her highly enough!

Dr. Jager has been great during the process after an abnormal pap. She's really good about explaining everything so that I understand it and feel comfortable. It's not easy to find an OB-GYN that you don't mind going to. I'm glad I found that here!

She is very personable and very calming, not to mention VERY knowledgeable. She made me feel comfortable and was careful to explain everything so I understood it. She seems to be all about the patient and it's really refreshing to find a doctor who can make you feel at ease for a pap smear!
