I was very pleased with my first visit. The staff was very helpful, the in take nurse was very professional, and my physician was caring, informative and addressed all of my concerns. I would highly recommend this practice.
Great services try it again thanks
This is the only pain specialist I have e ever seen that was not judgemental, and look at me like an attic. I have a lot of painful health issues and he is the first Dr of any kind that has ever fully explained it all to me and how it all linked together. I absolutely love, love ,love him, he is truely amazing and very sympathetic. I honestly may move to Georgia from SC to be his patient.
The first office visit was good, looking forward to my next appointment. They was nice
This was my first visit and based on the ratings I had high expectations. The MD who I saw seemed like he was in a hurry... I felt that I was not taken seriously and that was extremely disappointing. I don't know if it was due to the high volume of patients there at the time but I am going to give this practice another chance since I am scheduled with a different MD. I hope it is not the same since I am uninsured and paying ALOT of money to come here.
I loved him. He listened and was so helpful.
I was very satisfied .....everyone was very nice to me treated me well...I would definitely advise one who's suffering in pain specially back pain to go to this office...you will be treated with kindness and smiles that mean alot...
Everyone was VERY kind and knowledgeable.
Fast and great service! Dr. Patel knows what he's doing and is very knowledgable. Great Dr.!
He was very knowledgeable about my dystonia And he really listened to my concerns
Pros - Great service. Friendly staff. Cons - Long wait time after check-in
Dr. Patel has very good bedside manner. He asked appropriate questions and listed attentively. Further, he was efficient in developing a plan of care and taking action to help me.
He was the first doctor who has listened to me in years.
Dr Patel does not want to treat pain management patients! I asked in advance could he treat me for pain management and supplied all of my x-rays mri and pharmacy records and he wanted to go another route with my treatment! I was miss informed off the phone and wasted my time today! Yours truly., in chronic pain!
I like him.
Horrible experience. More money driven than most practices. Minimal direct patient contact. Ill-informed and extremely unprofessional. Would recommend avoiding. You can find better... Patel isn't terrible, it just seems he is overstretched with multiple practice locations and less than optimal mid-level providers. He probably has minimal control over the practice structure, but none the less, the patients suffer.
Excellent doctor, he listens and advises accordingly.
Overall positive experience. Dr. Patel is very thorough and his office staff could not be any nicer.
He's the best. Dr. Patel is the third pain management specialist referred by my personal doctor because I wasn't making significant progress with my pain management. An office visit with him is like sitting on your porch talking to a dear friend. Dr. Patel spoke very respectfully of my previous pain management doctors. However, he has been more through his diagnosis and treatment of my condition. Dr Patel also discovered an additional undiscovered condition and referred me back to cardiologist and my personal doctor for follow up.
He listened to me and my problems. He didn't try and belittle my injuries when i explained my pain.
My wait time was long as I am am a new patient and had to fill in a lot of history. The doctor and staff were very friendly and heloful. Dr. Patel was professional and qualified to meet my needs.
Very good bedside manner. Good listener and all the staff is knowledgeable and extremely friendly ! Great Doctor!
He was so thorough in his exam and explanations for the first time at a doctor's office, I didn't have to ask any questions.
Wonderful bedside manner! Very knowledgable and I trust him. Great staff!!!
Very friendly and caring. Got right to the issue and helped solve a problem I've been dealing with for years. Very thankful.
