I was looking for a great primary care physician, and I do not feel this is a good fit for my needs. I was told it was impossible to lose weight, there is no proof vitamins work and my concerns for Alzheimer's disease was dismissed as if there is absolutely nothing anyone could do about it. The staff was amazing but I did not feel like the Dr. was the least bit invested in my current or future health.

I’m sure Dr Barfield is a great doctor but if you are looking for a warm experience she’s not your doctor. She was cold, I felt like I was inconveniencing her day and she walked out of the room while I was asking a question.

She is the worst doctor we have ever seen so far. She does not listen to her patients and is very rude. I would not recommend anyone.

While the staff was super friendly and super nice and the wait time was good — Dr. Barfield herself was very dismissive and rude. I often felt that I could barely get a word out and had to answer in yes and nos. My telehealth psychiatrist recommended that I obtain some routine blood work with a PCP and when I brought this up to Dr. Barfield, she became hostile and defensive. I didn’t know for what reason because I’m literally the patient. She went on about how my psychiatrist should be the one requesting the blood work and “she doesn’t know why they’re trying to make her do their job”. While in retrospect I do think ordering blood work through a third party would’ve been more appropriate on my psychiatrist’s part, there’s certainly a much more professional way to convey that. I AM the patient and I’m just trying to navigate my healthcare the best way that I CAN. I was in awe as I’ve never seen such unprofessionalism in any setting — I had no words. 1/10 would not recommend.

The staff and doctor are exceptional. The phlebotomist was great. I didn’t feel it as with the shots from her assistance. Top notch and appreciate their professionalism

The front office staff was friendly and professional, the office was clean and tastefully decorated. The doctor took her time to answer all of my questions.
I would recommend coming here to all of my family and friends.

Doctor was not listening to what I had to say which had her asking dumb questions, that I had already answered. Instead she continued to interrupt me while I was talking to her so I couldn’t get the full reason of why I was even there out. She kept insisting that I had covid or insinuating that I did despite me previously having 4 months ago and being cleared of that twice in the last week alone. Office wasn’t busy or packed with patients so other than being scared of something I don’t see why she couldn’t have done a more thorough job before kicking me out after rescheduling my appointment twice with this location. Would not recommend at all.

The staff in the office are all very nice and very professional. I've never had to wait long, and I get in, take care of biz, and get out. I like Dr. Barfield, because she's friendly and to the point.

Was great! Just as everyone said who recommended her, great listener and good bedside manner. The nurse who took all my vitals and history was just as great! Great office atmosphere!

I had a cough that persisted for months. Other doctors were not able to properly treat it. Dr.Barfield treated me once and resolved the issue. Credible, reliable, and great bedside manners. She is 30 minutes away but totally worth the drive! Love this doctor!

I have never felt more comfortable in a medical office setting than I did here. Everyone I came into contact with was super friendly and helpful. Very pleased with my experience here.

All of the nurses and doctors were loud and carried on their own personal conversations. I could everything they were talking about. Doctor Barfield didn’t seem very interested in hearing my symptoms or what I had to stay. I will never go back and I feel that I just wasted my time and money and would’ve been better off going to a minute clininc at CVS or Kroger!
