Dr. Park displays a great bedside manner, has never rushed her appointment with me, and addresses all my questions/concerns. The entire medical staff is very friendly and the office has always been clean/neat. The wait time is often not very long. I only recall 1 time when I had to wait a little longer than usual, but it wasn't anything to deter me from recommending to others or regret my decision for selecting this provider and location.

Dr. Amy Park is a dedicated and skilled obstetrician-gynecologist and urogynecologist caring for the Mitchellville, MD and Washington, DC communities. I was disappointed with my visit with Dr. Park. I waited more than 90 minutes to see her for less than 10 minutes. I felt that my appointment was rushed and my expectations were not met. Though I found Dr. Park to be polite and professional, I did not feel that she was attentive to my needs.

My appointment with Dr. Amy Park was very satisfactory, as usual. She is highly professional yet also extremely personable. There was a lot of confusion and delay at the front office regarding my Zocdoc appointment confirmation. Might have just been a staff person who was unfamiliar with the program.

Great nurse that assist me and called my fears. I was highly nervous and I could tell that Dr. Park was busy with patients this morning (as she was in and out of the office at lightening speed). I could tell that she was knowledgable. Only suggestion for improvement would be to slow down just a little so that the patient feels at ease.

I was seen in the Mitchellville office. I traveled apx 1 hour for this appointment and it was well worth the time/distance. The facility was clean and comfortable. The office staff were very nice and accommodating. Dr. Park was absolutely wonderful. She was professional and personable. I like how she talked to me first (introduced herself and went over my medical information/history). She took her time and listened to my concerns. She left the room and I changed into an exam gown. She came back into the room and did a thorough exam. After that she left and I got dressed. She came back into the room again this time to talk with me. She explained her findings to me and gave me some options. She also gave me some pamplets and instructions to help/educate me, She did not just hand them to me. We went over the information together. She answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns. I have the utmost confidence in her and her treatment plan. I highly recommend Dr Amy Park at Medstar Washington Hospital Center.
