TLAY Health is owned and operated by Titi Unegbu. Titilayo attended Nursing school at Lagos University Teaching Hospital, Lagos State, Nigeria, in 1985. She obtained her BSN degree from Bowie State University in 1998, her Master's degree in Health Management (MBA) from American Intercontinental University, Hoffman Estates, Illinois, in 2006, her MSN from Walden University in 2022, and her Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) from Chamberlain University in 2024. She founded TLAY Health Care in Florida in 2006. She has extensive experience in home care, nursing management as Director of Nursing, and nursing administration. She is a member of the American Nurses Association.
