Amy N. Waldman, ANP-BC, is an ANCC board certified Adult Nurse Practitioner. She has been practicing for over 20 years. Amy has her Master of Arts in Adult and Geriatric Primary Care from New York University School of Nursing and has a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from SUNY Buffalo.
Amy brings extensive experience in adult and geriatric care, as well as specialization in cardiology. She is well regarded for her unique approach to patient care, which prioritizes comprehensive exams, preventative medicine and patient communication/education.
Amy has handled inpatient care in both the nursing home and hospital settings as well as outpatient Primary and Cardiology practices. She also helped to establish the Pre-Surgical Testing department for a leading NYC hospital.
Amy became a Registered Nurse in 1999 where she worked at NYU Medical Center on the medical-surgical unit. While working full-time as an RN, she attended NYU’s Adult and Geriatric Nurse Practitioner Program. She
