About Andrea Aliaga
Biography: Andrea graduated from George Mason University in 2010 with a Bachelor of Science. Andrea has been interested in medicine for as long as she can remember and as soon as she found out about the role of PAs in healthcare, she knew that's exactly what she wanted to do. In 2015, she graduated with a Master in Clinical Medical Sciences and Physician Assistant Studies from Barry University in Miami, FL. She has been certified as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants since January 2016. Since then, she has worked in Internal Medicine in Falls Church, VA and Reston, VA.

Appointment felt rushed, minimal questions about my healthcare needs. Lab work is offered on site, but tech left early and I could not get it done that day. Office was not LGBTQ+ inclusive. I'm sure the provider is competent if you are looking for immediate care purposes. If you are looking for long term primary care provider I would look elsewhere.

Felt absolutely discouraged at this appointment. The PA was judgmental when I opened up about my mental health and the reason for my visit. She doubted everything I was saying and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the whole appointment. Left crying because of the judgmental treatment, as my mental health is something really hard for me to talk about and explain. There were other issues aside mental health I wanted to bring up, but I felt so judged that I didn’t want to bring up anything else to her. The only nice treatment I received at this location was the assistant who checked my blood pressure before the PA came in.

Went to the address in ZocDoc at the set time. The doors to the building were locked and no one was stationed at the security desk. Someone finally (apprehensively) let me in as they were leaving and the offices were no where to be found. I left the building and tried calling the number with it going straight to voicemail twice. Very displeased that this doctor’s office did not communicate their address correctly or pick up their phone. I am absolutely certain I was at. The correct address as I verified several times.
