About Dr. Andrea Cambio
Andrea Cambio, MD FAAD, a Diplomate of the American Board of Dermatology, is board certified in Dermatology and Dermatologic Surgery. For over 25 years Dr. Cambio has been diagnosing and treating all aspects of adult and pediatric dermatology, including skin cancer, dermatologic surgery, and cosmetic dermatology.
Dr. Cambio is a graduate of New York University, where she received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology and Psychology. She received her Doctor of Medicine Degree with a distinction in melanoma research from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine. Dr. Cambio completed a Pediatric Internship at New York University Medical Center and a Dermatology Residency at Albert Einstein College of Medicine where she was the Chief Resident in her third year.
After finishing her residency, Dr. Cambio practiced in New York City for 10 years. She and her family then relocated to Southwest Florida. There Dr. Cambio served as Medical Director for Cambio Dermatology where in addition to personally providing care, she oversaw the diagnosis and treatment of over forty thousand dermatology patients annually. Dr. Cambio and her family recently relocated to Tennessee and opened Change Dermatology.
Her career has spanned patient care, clinical and basic science research, product development, teaching, supervision of physicians and physician extenders, volunteering, and health care management. Dr. Cambio is affiliated with some of the most prestigious medical societies in the nation. When not practicing Dermatology, Dr. Cambio treasures spending time with her husband, two daughters and three cats.

Dr. Cambio was awesome. I have been to a few doctors for a simple issue over the years and never figured it out, I decided to see a dermatologist finally, and right away she knew the problem and helped me. She was friendly, made me feel comfortable, and I felt like she listened. The entire staff was awesome and on it. I drove across town because of her good reviews and was glad I did. Thank you!

Great experience! The staff was lovely and I was seen very quickly even though I arrived 30 minutes early. The doctor was extremely thorough in the exam and gave me a clear plan moving forward. I got a print out of instructions for my follow ups as well as some samples of moisturizers and cleansers. Left the office with my next three follow ups booked and the whole process was smooth! Highly highly recommend!

The wait was a little longer than usual but they wormed they were fully booked in advanced. Everything else was quick, efficient and thorough for a checkup. I was only needing to see an medical assistant but Dr. Cambio stopped by halfway though to make sure everything was ok and checked the work. Very happy.

Dr. Cambio is an extraordinary physician! Her meticulous care coupled with her great sense of humor make her the perfect physician. Fort Myers desperately needed a dermatologist of her caliber. She diagnosed my malignant melanoma while others in the area watched it grow! Throughout my numerous incidence of skin cancer, Dr. Cambio reacted in a positive and professional manner always focusing on minimizing future damage rather than identifying the past overexposure to sun.

I do however prefer more explanations as I am very inquisitive. SInce I had my moles looked at, I would have preferred a reason as to why I should or shouldn't have taken one in particular off, and If I had taken it off , I would have liked to know if they tell you before you leave if there was anything wrong.
