i'd avoid this doctor for queer patients. she has no concept of trans identities, and misgendered me in writing even after I corrected her about my simple pronouns.

Pros: Found the clinic and PCP who were in network with my new job’s insurance. Conveniently located and flexible availability. Friendly and helpful staff.
Cons: I arrived to the appt and was told I couldn’t be seen until an outstanding balance was paid. I should’ve been notified beforehand. I scheduled a physical in addition to a woman’s check. After sharing that my family has cancerous genes, I felt the PCP [she] was trying to dissuade me from getting a Pap smear. After repeating “it’s not within guidelines for more than 3-5 years to avoid incidental findings” she completed it. I also had to ask for blood work and STD testing. The physical was not thorough and didn’t include; vision, hearing test, abdominal , heart or lung exam with a stethoscope, no urine sample, or check for reflexes.
The overall experience was a bit unorganized. Not all supplies were in the room for my exams so staff were popping in and out. The wait times between tests were longer than usual.

This was one of the worst doctor's appointments I've had in my life. I am a gay man and was interested in refilling my prescription for PrEP (HIV prevention). I have been on the meds for some time but my original provider moved away. The new provider told me this was not the place for that type of thing and I needed to go elsewhere. Asked me "are you a homosexual" and "how many strangers do you sleep with". The language was really antiquated and made me uneasy. I work in the field so I managed to maintain my composure but I'm sure other people would have not responded the same. I was told that although the business says it offers Primary care they are really just urgent care and definitely not geared to provide care to gay/queer folks. After recently moving from a more conservative state, I really believed that Allcare would be able to provide more inclusive, non-stigmatizing care only to be proved wrong. My original provider Dr. Casey Johnson was amazing though.

I visited this doctor due to proximity, but wasted 50 minutes waiting. Also, they accepted a walk-in and I felt like they might have seen her before me, making my wait time so long. Either way, over 30 minutes is unacceptable in my book. I likely won’t be returning. Doctor was nice enough, but asked me something about gynecology the moment she walked in the door. I was there for an annual physical, and it just seemed like she was trying to get me to pay for things I didn’t need or ask for.

Dr. Gault was lovely. She was kind and listened to my concerns and asked a lot of questions. She was clearly interested in getting me on the right path to good health. I felt as though my concerns were not fully heard. The recommendations were relatively basic and already covered by services I indicated I am currently pursuing (e.g., therapy). I asked about a previously taken medication in hopes of refilling an expired prescription and was not asked what my former dose was, why I took it, how often, etc. Instead, I was advised to take some over-the-counter medications. There were some positive outcomes regarding referrals, but I was underwhelmed with the level of care provided, organization at the office, and attention to detail, especially since I was the first appointment of the day. I'll be seeking future care elsewhere.

She was very nice and polite. I know it is required for doctors to recommend certain treatments but after I say no to the vaccine I don’t want to be asked again and again. Other than that i was very comfortable with her and I felt she really listened to my concerns. I would recommend her to my friends and family.

Overall appointment was fine. I was annoyed by the nurse attempting to get blood from both arms with no success and then asking to to Google the location of a labcorp so that someone else could. She gave me the request form but I got to labcorp they tried to give me a bill which she never told me I would have to pay.

I’m 24 so I still feel like a kid going to OV and often get nervous about meeting new Drs. Dr Gault was amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and was very attentive. She listened to all my concerns and we little walked through every follow up plan together including what labs were ordered ect! This is the first Dr I’ve been to that that I felt like actually cared about their pts. I absolutely love her and will be continuing to go see her!

I do have a primary care doc in my home state but sometimes I need another doctor to help me with some cares.. not only did this doctor listen and ask very good questions getting a good history.. she was more than willing to see me and help me during my stay in this area!!
