About Andrea Liner

Are you feeling sad, lonely, overwhelmed, or stressed? Are you having trouble in the workplace or in your relationships? Do you find yourself wondering who you are and what defines you? Have you recently gone through a major life transition? If you're experiencing symptoms of depression, anxiety, or having issues in your close relationships, I can help. We all have blind spots and obstacles in our lives, and a warm, understanding, and non-biased perspective can be immensely helpful. Therapy can be a powerful tool in relieving distress, learning about oneself, and living a more fulfilled life. I have extensive training and experience working with adults of various ages, especially young adults, graduate students, and those going through major life transitions. In particular, I specialize in helping individuals with self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, depression, anxiety, loss and grief, and identity concerns. I believe that the key to successful therapy is a collaborative, open, and warm relationship. I will work to both support and challenge you. Taking the step to begin therapy can be difficult; I invite you to contact me to see if I may be a good fit for you.
