My partner and I needed to seek couples counseling as part of a court order. She asked us to tell her why we were there, and in less than 45 minutes she stopped us and told us she couldn’t provide treatment for us. We’re trying to follow the rules of a court order but were denied without any treatment whatsoever. And we were still charged for the session anyway as if she had provided treatment options.
