I had a virtual appointment scheduled yesterday, but they called me and said they couldn’t do it at that time, so they rescheduled it. When it was time for the new appointment, I checked my texts for the Zoom link, but there was no link—just a form to fill out. I contacted them to ask why they hadn’t sent me the link, and the staff member told me the appointment was actually in person.
Since the office was only five minutes away, I headed there right away. However, they told me I was late, even though I was still within the 15-minute grace period. The staff member was also very rude and said they had a lot of patients, which didn’t seem to be the case because there was only one other person there. Overall, it was a really frustrating experience, especially because the confusion was caused by their lack of communication. And if they can’t take patients they have to reflect it on their schedules!!!

The doctor was very kind and inviting; she inquired about symptoms and gave advice for medical issues I was experiencing outside of what I scheduled the appointment for. She truly acted as if she had my best interest in mind, even pointing out something on a blood panel that was not necessary, giving me the option to remove it. My blood panel was able to be completed on the same day of my appointment, and the phlebotomist was very kind and efficient. Many topics were covered in detail across my whole appointment in a very timely and informative manner. Truly considering switching to her as being my primary care physician.

I cannot say enough great things about this office. I got in, they handed me an iPad to answer some questions, as soon as I was finished, they were ready for me. Intake was easy, I saw the doctor quickly, we went over even more than what I was there for (it’s been a while since my last doc visit). She took as much time as I needed and she was thorough. It wasn’t rushed. I was able to have some labs drawn in the office. I’ve got a follow-up on Monday. What a breath of fresh air!!
