Dr. Dvorak is a board-certified ophthalmologist specializing in cataract, LASIK/refractive surgery and medical treatment of the retina. Dr. Dvorak attended medical school at Chicago Medical School / Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine and Science. He completed his internal medicine internship at Naval Medical Center Portsmouth, and worked as a US Naval Flight Surgeon. He went on to complete his residency in ophthalmology at University of Florida.
Dr. Dvorak performs many laser vision surgeries including femtosecond laser-assisted cataract surgery, micro-invasive iStent surgery, and bladeless LASIK. He is certified on the on the AMO VISX Excimer, IntraLase, and IFS Laser System, as well as the Alcon Allegretto and FS-200 Laser Systems, LensX Cataract Laser System + ORA, and specializes in Toric and multifocal lenses. Dr. Dvorak is certified through the American Board of Ophthalmology and performs surgery at Memorial Hermann Surgery Center Conroe and Huntsville Memorial Hospital.
Andrew grew up in Illinois, “the Prairie State”. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his family, and outdoor hobbies such as cycling, skiing, and Wakeboarding.
