The doctor yelled at me?

Dr. Harrison is the third podiatrist I have seen at a young age, and the first to address my problems in a caring helpful way. I really am lucky to have found him. Betty at the front desk is very friendly as well.
Verified patient
Doctor is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to.
Dr. Harrison was so kind and took 45 minutes with me over something that most doctors would’ve only spent about 10 on. He explained every element of my condition and care in great detail and with so much patience. Highly recommend.
Verified patient
Their receptionist Betty was kind, helpful and friendly loved her positive attitude. Dr.Andrew was so kind and listened to me to what was going on with my foot and helped me understand and take care of the problem. Thank you Dr.
Horrid experience. I should have walked out. I didn't speak much or ask many questions, but as a clarification I asked if the surgical procedure would only be on one side or the whole area, he responded, "that's what partial means" and then proceeded to define for me what full and partial mean. The whole meeting was rude and condescending. No trust for a person who can't show common human courtesy.
Dr Harrison did a great job of walking me through the various options related to my foot problem. He gave me a solid roadmap for addressing my current pain? and likely planning for surgery in the future.
Verified patient
Great experience with Dr Harrison, he took the time to listen to my concerns and then provided options explaining the details for a long term solution. I really appreciated the way he cared about my case and his “human” way of interacting with its patients. Very kind and knowledgeable person. The front desk also made a great job accommodating my schedule for a the next appointments. Amazing stuff.
