Dr. Dillingham is a dedicated and detail-oriented family physician serving the community of Carmel, IN. Dr. Dillingham obtained his medical degree from the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University. He also completed his residency at St. Vincent, Indianapolis. Dr. Dillingham is a part of IU Health Physicians and is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine.

The front desk was pleasant and efficient. Toyia, the medical assistant was kind and knowledgeable. Dr. Dillingham is calm, funny, and caring. Hedid a great job of addressing my concerns and taking care of my health maintenance. Overall a great experience.

The restroom was not clean when I used it. Other things were fantastic! I only waited 3 minutes for the doctor to come. Dr. Dillingham is professional, friendly and funny. Office staff is friendly and efficient too.

I was able to schedule my first appointment as a new patient for the very next day, which was awesome. It was nice being able to schedule my own appointment. As far as wait time, I don't know that this appointment was a good one to gauge since it was at the end of the day (4:30). I hadn't even completed my paperwork before they called me back. After the nurse left, Dr. Dillingham showed up within two minutes. I felt like he asked the right type of questions and he seemed engaged with me during our 10 minutes. I'll have to experience 2-3 more visits before I can say for sure if I like him but so far, so good.

Outstanding ! This was my first visit, he came highly recommended by my OB/GYN. I’ve put my health on hold while I raised our five children. Decided it was time to take better care of myself. I appreciated the punctuality of Dr. Dillingham and his staff in getting me in and out of this "new patient visit" / annual exam. Also, I appreciated the way that the doctor conducted his "interview" with respect to my past medical history, history of disease within my family, diet and exercise habits, etc. I do intend to go back to this practice, which currently is housed in the impressive IU North Hospital building.
However, for those curious, I cannot give a 5-star overall experience because I found the staff to be somewhat "distant" and less warm than I would prefer as a NEW PATIENT. As a legal professional, I place an expectation upon myself that I extend to the staff I work with to be especially warm, inviting, and considerate to new clients, as these individuals are often anxious and uncertain about what they are getting into when seeking legal counsel. These rules of courtesy should apply equally, if not more profoundly, in the medical setting, as some new patients will inevitably present with serious medical complications, diseases, or at the very least, concerns. It is therefore incumbent that every single person involved in the care of the new patient--doctors, nurses, administrative personnel, and so on--to put his or her best foot forward and show genuine concern and warmth for new patients.
I do look forward to a continued relationship with Dr. Dillingham and this practice, but offer the following constructive feedback with respect to the so-called "bedside manner" of the practice generally.
