It was a very quick visit (less than 5 minutes). I asked questions but she didn't share detailed answers or suggestions. She didn't seem very knowledgable.

Great doctor.. knowledgeable & friendly. Front desk was nice but there was a huge issue with me signing in on the IPad ; took over an hour for them to resolve it! They had to call the manager to get permission to print out paper forms ! I don’t understand that . Most offices just have paper back ups on hand in case technology fails . Hopefully that can be worked out better for their sake and patients .

As soon as I approached the Check-In window, I was greeted with "You're late!" I explained that I had arrived early to my 12PM appointment. The front desk lady said that my appointment was at 11:45AM. I showed my ZocDoc pending confirmation email, showing that I requested a 12PM appointment. She said that it had been changed to 11:45AM. I told her that I received a call from the office and the transcript said that my appointment had been "confirmed." It didn't say anything about my appointment being changed nor was I asked if this was a good time for me instead 12PM. The lady said that I should have received an email. I told her that I never did. She never apologized for making me feel like I was in the wrong. If she forwards me an email with the time-stamp, showing that I was sent the email, I will edit my review.
Aside from that, the rest of the medical providers were upmost respectful, efficient, and knowledgeable. I'd return despite the Check-In's initial impression

Second dermatologist i visited and this one was by far better than the first. The treatment I was initially given for eczema was ineffective. Dr. Libranti explained why my previously prescribed treatment was ineffective , steps to help control the eczema, and of course prescribed more suitable treatment. Highly recommend.

With no other patients in sight, except one who came in after me, I was made to wait for 30 minutes after my designated appointment time. When asked what the reason was, “oh, she’s just having lunch. It’s just going to be a few minutes.” Jeez. Come on, just lie to me!

My previous dermatologist doesn't accept my insurance anymore, so had to find someone new in-network.
The waiting room was small, but all the people that were waiting were seen very quickly as I was filling out my paperwork. Once it was my turn, she carefully looked at my issue and informed me about all the possible diagnosis, if I didn't show all of my issues.
Glad I saw her, and I have a follow-up appointment soon!
