She is the founder of Diamond Premiere Care, where she blends advanced training with compassionate care to make high-quality services both accessible and convenient across Florida, Vermont and Utah.
Angela provides comprehensive primary and chronic care services, including preventive care, chronic disease management, weight management, DOT physicals, CPR training, school and sports physicals, and confidential telehealth visits. Angela also holds certifications as a DOT Medical Examiner, CPR Instructor, and Notary Public. allowing her to offer a broad range of convenient, integrated services for individuals, families and professionals.

Do not use Angela. Angela did not read any of the intake forms I submitted. She wasted my time in filling out those forms and did not listen to me when I had to explain it to her. She focused on a concern that was not my primary concern. She insisted on changing my medications when I told here that I have tired everything else and my body adversely reacted to medications like what she was trying to get me to try. I told her that I did not want to put my body through the pain and suffering of trying different meds again when I knew what worked and what was effective and ineffective. There was someone else sitting opposite of her that I could her telling her what to say and do. Then she had the audacity to try to bill me for her services when she admitted that she did not read the information that I submitted to her and she would not help me. She then had someone one else text me to try to collect payment. I am filing a complaint about her with the FL department of licensing.
