I picked Dr Zhang from the many good reviews and everyone was correct. She took her time to explain things to me and my different treatment options. I feel very comfortable with her and will be back in 2 weeks to get a procedure done. I have had a few foot doctors in the past but now I feel that I have one that I can keep. Her office is not the closest to my home but I will drive further to get a nice and caring doctor that makes me feel good.

Dr. Zhang earned her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University and completed her undergraduate studies at Pennsylvania State University. She completed a residency in Foot and Ankle Reconstructive Surgery at Crozer-Chester Medical Center and received specialized training in Pediatric Orthopedics at the Rubin Institute for Advanced Orthopedics.

Dr Zhang is excellent at what she does, highly recommend. The front office has been poor at responding to calls or messages, you should use the online zocdoc tool for better results.

Dr. Zhang was thorough and took time to listen to my concerns. She explained the issue and treatment options, along with recommending a shoe brand. The staff was friendly and professional and the clinic was clean.

I waited an hour, office staff is insanely rude to not just me but to other people as well. I saw Dr Zhang in passing when I had to leave because of the length of my wait. She seemed very pleasant and I would have likely given her a good score.
When I asked the office staff if the wait time was normal or if this was just an unusual day, I was told these wait times are normal in the medical world. Which is a lie. I go to several other doctors and have never in my life waited an hour!! The office staff talked loudly outside my door about people who expect to not have a wait, I assume this behavior was for my benefit, which was incredibly unprofessional. They were equally rude when I left so I decided to not reschedule for the next time.
I was kind when I asked about the wait times and was met with rudeness and lack of any apology or understanding.
At a time when so many people are looking for work, I can’t believe they don’t hire friendly and professional staff.

I'm thankful for Dr. Zhang. She is attentive and uninhibited by the apprehension I'm finding in many of my providers these days. Her sincerity and competency were both abundantly clear early in our interactions. By default I'm quite skeptical and even cynical, but it wasn't long before I was comfortable with her fixing me. I don't have any plans of breaking another ankle, but if I did... I'd want to see her again.
